Monday, June 16, 2014 7:00 P.M. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE PLANNING BOARD
RE: Zoning Ordinance Amendment to add definition for “Brewery,
Distillery or Winery with a Tasting Room” and “Tasting Room” under
Section 10 and to amend the Table of Principal and Accessory Use
Regulations under Section 3.0 to add a new “Brewery, Distillery or
Winery with Tasting Room” use, to be allowed by right in I and BPD
zones and by special permit of the Board of Appeals in the B1, B2,
B4 and B5 zones. The Proposed Ordinance amendment is on file
and available for review during normal business hours at the City
Clerk’s office, Room 1, 93 Washington St., Salem, MA
